The JSMA is committed to making its collection, buildings, programs, and services accessible to all audiences.
Parking
Designated spaces are available in the JSMA Parking Lot for visitors with disabilities.
To access the JSMA Parking Lot, from 18th Avenue, turn North on University St; turn left onto Johnson Lane (at the roundabout outside the Erb Memorial Union); JSMA Parking lot is at the end of Johnson Lane on your left. Visitors may enter through the back entrance to get a parking permit.
Service Animals
Service animals are welcome in the JSMA.
Wheelchairs
The JSMA is accessible to wheelchair users and other visitors who need to avoid stairs. Ramps lead into the front entrance and visitors with mobility issues may enter through the back security entrance.
A wheelchair is available free of charge from our security entrance on a first-come, first-served basis. Advance reservations are not available.

Thanks to VSA, a program of the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, the JSMA has produced these how-to videos demonstrate art lessons for children with disabilities
