Join Alexis Garcia, Post-Graduate Fellow in European & American Art and Margaryta Golovchenko, PhD candidate in the Department of the History of Art and Architecture, for a presentation on the new exhibition Pious Customs: Religious Painting in European Art, in the A. Dean and Lucile I. McKenzie gallery. The curators will introduce the theme of the exhibition, provide a short history of the diverging artistic traditions of East and Western Europe before a detailed discussion of the works on view.
