Jess Perlitz: "I Don't Want to Live on the Moon"
Jess Perlitz, Associate Professor and Head of Sculpture at Lewis & Clark College and 2019 Hallie Ford Fellow, will discuss her artistic practice. Grappling with how space gets articulated, Perlitz's work takes many forms - traversing performance, sculpture, and drawing. The work considers landscape and the ways in which we define and seek to recognize ourselves within it.
